Once a dull and understated space, the lobby at The Resort on Cocoa Beach was reimagined into a vibrant centerpiece that reflects both the energy and serenity of the coast. Our design vision focused on creating a first impression that feels refreshing, memorable, and unmistakably tied to its shoreline setting.
A new palette of ocean blues and lush greens now infuses the space with life, complemented by layered coastal textures and modern furnishings. At its heart, a beautiful waterfall feature anchors the lobby, bringing movement, tranquility, and a sense of natural escape. The result is a space that welcomes guests with both elegance and vitality.
Our team managed the full transformation from design renderings and FF&E procurement to installation and project oversight. What was once plain and forgettable is now the true heart of the resort: a lobby that sets the tone for every stay.
