As Project Manager at Sena Hospitality Design, Carley coordinates timelines, budgets, and vendors to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently. Her organizational skills and problem-solving abilities, sharpened as a mother of three, make her adept at managing complex hospitality projects. She enjoys spending time with her family and finding inspiration in everyday life.

Peggy has 30+ years experience as a full time bookkeeper for design and architectural businesses. She received her MBA from the Crummer School of Graduate Studies at Rollins College. Peggy’s responsibilities are widespread for SHD, as she facilitates payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and all record tracking required.

Nadia has been working as an interior designer for over 10 years. As the creative designer at Sena Hospitality, Nadia is focusing on space planning, FF&E selection, specification, creating CAD documentation, 3D visualization, and final presentation. Understanding the unique demands of the hospitality industry and delivering designs that align with brand vision, budget, codes, and schedule to ensure that interiors not only look exceptional but also perform seamlessly.

Deise (pronounced “Daisy”) brings 20+ years in the Hospitality and Timeshare industry, with expertise in operations, vendor coordination, and client service. At Sena Hospitality Design, she manages purchasing, procurement, accounts payable, and billing, keeping projects on budget and on schedule. Outside work, she enjoys the beach, crafting, and tending to her plants.
