Dawn has been working in the hospitality interior design business for over 25 years. Dawn is a licensed, award winning interior designer, who has received many awards from the American Resort Development Associate (ARDA) and has been interviewed by many trade publications. Dawn has also been asked to speak at several national conferences. When Dawn is not working, she loves to travel and spend time with family, including her grown children, and twin grandsons, all her pride and joy.

Makenzi is a licensed interior designer and NCIDQ-certified professional specializing in hospitality design. As Director of Design, she blends creative vision with precision, guiding projects from concept to completion. Known for her organization and efficiency, she creates spaces that are both beautiful and functional. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines, reading, and time with family.

As Project Manager at Sena Hospitality Design, Carley coordinates timelines, budgets, and vendors to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently. Her organizational skills and problem-solving abilities, sharpened as a mother of three, make her adept at managing complex hospitality projects. She enjoys spending time with her family and finding inspiration in everyday life.

As a graduate of Seminole State College’s Interior Design Program, Ashley blends her love for Mid-Century Modern style with a passion for creating spaces that reflect personality and purpose. With a background in the restaurant industry, she offers a unique perspective on hospitality design. She lives in Sanford with her fiancé, two stepchildren, and beloved dog, designing spaces that inspire and connect.

Deise (pronounced “Daisy”) brings 20+ years in the Hospitality and Timeshare industry, with expertise in operations, vendor coordination, and client service. At Sena Hospitality Design, she manages purchasing, procurement, accounts payable, and billing, keeping projects on budget and on schedule. Outside work, she enjoys the beach, crafting, and tending to her plants.

Peggy has 30+ years experience as a full time bookkeeper for design and architectural businesses. She received her MBA from the Crummer School of Graduate Studies at Rollins College. Peggy’s responsibilities are widespread for SHD, as she facilitates payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and all record tracking required.
