Dawn Sena

Dawn has been working in the hospitality interior design business for over 20 years. Dawn is a licensed, award winning interior designer, who has received many awards from the American Resort Development Associate (ARDA) and has been interviewed by many trade publications. Dawn has also been asked to speak at several national conferences. When Dawn is not working, she loves to travel and spend time with family, including her son, daughter, and her 4 year old twin grandsons, all her pride and joy.

Kara received her Bachelor of Applied Science in Interior Design and has a full love for hospitality and themed entertainment design. Kara gained experience of various product and installation methods, working for a retail vendor, which allowed her to transition into the hospitality field of design. “Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” - Confucius

Sabina Holguin

Sabina has been been specializing in procurement and project management in the hospitality industry for the past four years. She is involved in project coordinating, tracking, installations, and communication with clients and vendors. Sabina will be a board member on the 2020 NEWH Sunshine chapter. Sabina is a strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace and likes to be involved within our industry and community alike. Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors, near the water with her family and friends.

Nadia Aleksandrov

Nadia has been working with SHD for over 5 years and is currently an independent design-associate. Nadia is skilled in design, 3D modeling, professional renderings, and creating digital presentations. Nadia is a graduate of the Art Institute of Jacksonville with her bachelor’s degree in Interior Design.

Peggy Bressman

Peggy has 30+ years experience as a full time bookkeeper for design and architectural businesses. She received her MBA from the Crummer School of Graduate Studies at Rollins College. Peggy’s responsibilities are widespread for SHD, as she facilitates payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and all record tracking required.
